"Be bubbly, be a people person. You will meet thousands of guests an hour. 30% of those will hate you. 5% will like you. And the rest will not be aware that you exist. You will only remember the 30%."
What don't you like about working at Universal Orlando Resort?
"There are a number of rules that have been put in place that cause strife among workers which causes a very poor work atmosphere. Also work schedules are unpredictable and I do not get enough hours to be deemed a Part Time employee."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management tends to forget what it was like to be the little guy. Put yourself in our shoes for a week or so (none of this short shift, easy rotation) and then make decisions about how to run the attraction."
