"There was, at one time, a lot of Pros. Now, unfortunately, management is more concerned with Agile transformation as a service rather than paying attention to their core values and the people that they are meant to support. Pros: If you want be part of staff augmentation for abusive clients and want to listen to management talk at you rather than to you then this place is for you! It is very sad that this was one of the few companies that offered remote work if needed and had, past tense, some very good talent. Now your need to go into the office and the work from home culture is quickly fading. Cons: There has now been a high attrition rate, despite what has been said, over the last year and their shifting vision does not have employees in mind. They are At Will. Read up on it as they have exercised it. Advice to Management: Rejoin your company and make UM GREAT AGAIN."
