You can spend 10 years trying to build value back into the place but past mistakes have destroyed much of what would be valued in the electronics assembly industry. For the sake of those left, please refocus on what made UIC great. I'd love to come to a UIC Clambake knowing that there will be one next year."

"Absolutely no Work-Life balance! Stay away from this place please! Expect to work 10+hours/day! Don't get fooled by what they tell you to get you on board. Once you get here, it's only downhill. This place will eat your health by getting you burnout 12 months/year! Just, don't do it! You will thank me for making correct decision!"
