"Focus on the depth and range of your skills. Ensco does so many different things. If you can show yourself as a subject matter Expert as well as what a good person and team player you are, then Ensco will be a rewarding place for you"

"Contractors are the 1st to go and I saw the writing on the wall with the current economy and moved to an area that would be less effected. A year later there was NO one from Ensco employed where I was previously so I would have 100% lost my job."
