"I worked at United Way of Greater New Haven as a Program Evaluator for their CAN housing program. Overall, the experience was highly beneficial in developing my evaluation skills, but the organization did struggle with the bureaucracy of homelessness and lack of integration with community stakeholders (ie. shelters, United Way, enrollers, clients, etc)."
