"United Toll Systems was a start-up that became a leader in the tolling industry. What they did was automate the collection of tolls though advancement of hardware and software. The culture in the satellite office was outstanding. Once the company become profitable the owner sold it. Since he was in the corporate office he was so far removed form all the hard work the employees did for him and their job. Once the company was sold he told the money and become an adviser to the new owners."
