"I loved how much of a learning and growing experience it was. I know that I was able to learn things there that would take longer to learn somewhere else. I also found it gratifying knowing that I was part of serving my community to make it better."

"I would suggest trying to find out what the culture of the department you're working for is. Every one of them is different."

"I didn't like that the position couldn't have lasted longer because I really enjoyed my work."

"I would've suggested that management publicize more the online education opportunities that were available to staff but were little known."

"I loved the variety and the challenge of getting the work done in a small amount of time."

"Not really. For the Census the process was are you breathing, can you pass the background check and do you want to. Simple but not simple. It wasn't for everyone."

What don't you like about working at United States Census Bureau?

"The rules would change sometimes on an hourly basis but you had to get used to it."

"Make to get re-elected in November 2012. It was a great experience."

"As a crew leader I was responsible for completing the tasks on time and accurately."

"This is a short term project that cycles every 10 years. The pay is poor and directions change daily. Go with the flow."

"This was a U. S. government job that had no future and the goals changed daily."

"Set goals and requirements for the working crews and stay with them through the project."
