"I could use more time with my family at times."

"I have worked for the United States Army for 11+ years. No other job has afforded me the opportunity to travel around the world, interact with other cultures and train with other militaries. I have also been given great opportunities to learn special skills and work my way up the ladder. You advance only as far as you are willing to work for ever increasing positions of responsibility. I would definitely do it again if I had the chance and I hope others will continue to take advantage of all of the challenges and rewards that come with being a soldier within the U.S. Army."

"Working with other military management is great; they are very knowledgeable about unit responsibility."

"The Army Reserve is governed by federal law, so any suggestions I have would have to go through Congress."
