"An active vital part of the United States Space Program."

"Not a fun place to work. Not a company of choice. Very intense super critical atmosphere."

What don't you like about working at United Space Alliance?

"Much of what was done was based on FEAR of NASA - fear based engineering. They talked a lot about working as a team. However, really petty adolescent personal animosities regularly sabotaged any team spirit. Company moral was dismal."

"Stop micro-managing and treat your very intelligent engineering staff like they know what they are doing."

"Work sometimes required working long hours at nights or weekends."

"Responsibility, learning all the systems used on the shuttle, some of the software development."

"Takes quite a bit for HR to make an offer."

"Politics, some people slept in the job. Technology was extremely old, we used 1970 terminals for basic hw interfacing."

"Get rid of people that sleep on the job, just because they are Indian does not mean they are bright."
