"The people are tremendous and have an incredible capacity for greateness. However, due to the politics of its parent companies (Boeing and Lockheed) they aren't being allowed to demonstrate it."

"My office was understaffed so the workload was difficult. Also, favored employees tended to be granted opportunity, recognition, awards and let off the hook for required deadlines."

"I would allow more staff to be hired to offset heavy workload."

"Working on the US Space Program was a worth-while endeavor while it lasted. The people were outstanding."

"The last 2 years were strictly training, to keep us busy and available just-in-case something went wrong on the last 5 Space Shuttle flights."
