"Micro managing is getting bad. Management will tell you what you want to hear.They will give you more to do with no extra pay."

"Start treating everyone the same. Don't have a different standard for people in the same position."

"The managers are bad they treat everybody different they allow one person to do something and they write somebody else for the same thing they have favouritism's issues they are not fair to the employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"they need to be fair to all employees and treat them equally and not gang up on one employee to get him her out of there and they still have there jobs I contacted corporate a few times about managers and they just did not listen I still don't have a job ever since I lost mine with united I worked very hard for the company and was the first to let go"
