"Great product and employees, nice offices,and usually an annual bonus"

"ULA uses Kenexa to determine who will get an interview based on computer screening of your resume. Its real frustrating"

What don't you like about working at United Launch Alliance?

"Exec management is abusive to employees - they fly private jets and give themselves bonuses, while employees see benefit cuts and mass layoffs and demotions to save monsy. Everybodys afraid of their boss. High stress and no secure jobs except in mgmt."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get new, honest executives that appreciate their people, cut out one or two layers of management, and give raises to employees instead of the managers and execs"
