"Once I attained my bachelor's degree, there was a sense of fear from my boss."

What do you like about working at United Independent School District?

"I loved working with my team. I also loved my clients and having them appreciate me doing an amazing job with a smile."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you need a job just to get by, this is perfect as long as you keep to yourself and do your job. If you're looking for a career where you can grow, keep looking elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at United Independent School District?

"Work Politics. People get hired on who they know and not what they know. Also, if you are a threat to someone's job, you are quickly met with a hostile work environment instead of being embraced for your achievements. Supervisor would make mistakes, and then blame it on his subordinates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Support higher education of employees. An educated employee is a valuable asset to the company. Don't see an educated employee as a threat to your job and try to get rid of them. Don't resort to work politics."
