"This is supposed to be a Senior Network Analyst position, but I have yet to see any Senior Network Engineering work. Most of this job is just placing phones on desks, troubleshooting headsets, plugging in jacks. Configuring ports for different VLAN's. This job should be for a Jr. Network Engineer."
"Contract assignment with Clayton rather than working directly with UG."

What don't you like about working at United Guaranty?
"It was a difficult year for UG - they are part of AIG. There was a lot of negative publicity during this time. News media always around. Speculation that money was running out & co would be closing. Everyone anxious over this. They were not prepared for the volume of claims received - still working out the kinks."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since I left it is my understanding that the work environment has stabilized. They recently put all employees and managers through a three day team building workshop. They have also restructured the teams and managers. My suggestion would be to continue with these positive changes."
"Great"
