"They lure young people in right out of college with a promise of working inside for a few years then moving to outside sales. It takes years, then when you get there they pay 5% commission. It is impossible to make any money at that rate. The starting salary is so low it is the promise that keeps someone going, but in the end it is low pay and lots of stress. They do not pay what other electrical companies pay. Look for a job at a competitor. They promise but do not deliver."
