"Good company for low-skill folks who want to make a career with one company. They are famous for hiring kids to work in the warehouse who eventually end up in management positions. Compensation not so hot, but as long as you do what's asked of you, you can have a long steady career."

"They lure young people in right out of college with a promise of working inside for a few years then moving to outside sales. It takes years, then when you get there they pay 5% commission. It is impossible to make any money at that rate. The starting salary is so low it is the promise that keeps someone going, but in the end it is low pay and lots of stress. They do not pay what other electrical companies pay. Look for a job at a competitor. They promise but do not deliver."
