What do you like about working at United Airlines?

"At the moment, nothing. I find myself dreading going to work every day."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interview somewhere else. You would most likely be happier with a Jet Blue, Southwest, Virgin America, or even Delta."

What don't you like about working at United Airlines?

"The Continental Airlines culture is gone. While there are many good people that work for Legacy United, a large majority of them are very bitter about past management, and it has carried over into some attitudes. It will be a long time, if ever, before that changes. There also seems to be a serious disorganization in policy and procedures."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate with us. We are adults. Don't just give us lip service. Take ques from Gordon Bethune. He was a man that got things done, and kept his promises. HE was respected by the entire Continental workforce. Morale is at an all time low."
