"United abuses it's employees! Management is totally incompetent and job security is a thing of the past. United would just as soon contract out all of our jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider this. Happy employees equal happy customers. Which in turn enhances United's profits. Value your employees not treat them like step-children."
