"I worked for Uni-Tec for more than 10 years. They are a small and tight-knit group - but very welcoming and friendly. They are privately owned and have a family atmosphere - but ownership is made available to new hires after a number of years. I left only because of slow work and because I was near retirement age. Pat Ward, the President, is a really great guy- very fair - and great to work with."
