"Be very cautious. Do not plan on company survival in the long run."

"Upper Management focused on their own personal income and not the customers or other employees."

"Change business model. Current model has failed horribly and destroyed many lives."

"The only thing I liked about Unisource was the money and the travel."

"Do not interview with this company unless you have to."

"The thing I did not like about Unisource was that there was no reimbursement for your travel. You had to use your own vehicle and when you cover multiple states it takes up alot of your income. It is a catch twenty two, I loved the travel but I had to pay out of my own pocket for company sales."

"The suggestions I would have would be give your outside sales reps a reimbursement plan or gas card."

"I was gone all the time traveling. Sunday through Friday. Company was always in caos when I was there."

"Watch your corporate overhead and quit changing direction every couple months."

"Unisource has lost touch with their customer base and will never recover the last revenue and market position they once enjoyed thanks to the Bain ownership and direction."

"Stop reorganizing and downsizing and learn the needs of the marketplace before you lose complete critical mass of revenue."
