"What a horrible company to work for. No one is compensated based on work ethic or intellect and everyone is degraded on a daily basis. Favoritism runs rampant and deep so unless you are best friends with someone in management, run away and never look back."

"well my managers are reluctant to move associates to higher ranks. they make you jump through fiery hoops in order to take a take to be considered for a promotion."

"everything. I would change some of the rules and regulations that they have. some are just to unnecessary."
