"I have worked for the ULC for 15years. The coworkers are great, Management needs to be more flexible. Not enough opportunity's for advancement. And starting salaries are very low compared to others in the same industry. Some depts are not organized very well and their work is pushed on others. Instead of addressing the problems in these areas top management overlooks them due to hiring their personal friends to run these areas."
