Under Armour Employee

"Under Armour has undergone a huge transformation in the last few years, but unfortunately, it's not enough to overcome some of the significant challenges the organization still faces. Toxic work culture and overworked employees lead to a significant turnover rate and low morale throughout the company. The opportunity to drive a business is one of the key positives of the company."

Engineering Intern

"I entered Under Armour as a summer intern in 2019. The creative atmosphere is definitely noticeable upon arrival. There are so many young, talented people working in a highly collaborative environment, where taking time to build professional and personal relationships with your coworkers is highly encouraged. The pressure is definitely on to provide value to the company, but the tools for success are plentiful. Unfortunately, getting in the door is highly competitive and very dependent on how the company is performing at the time."
