"The doctor and receptionists are nice and that's about it."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not recommend this place. You probably spend more time at work than with friends or family, don't make yourself suffer. Find another job. You have to assist in OR, and they have horrible ergonomics. You probably injure yourself faster working at Markham fertility. Not a good working experience. And you are not going to learn much there, the techs there are not very competent to teach you anything, in my opinion."

"Management makes your whole experience at Markham Fertility clinic...depressing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"- LISTEN to both sides of the stories before saying its their fault and make people feel bad- BE CONSISTENT, remember what you tell your staff so it doesn't become your staff's fault because you have a bad memory. - RESPECT your staff, if they say this conversation is between you and I, let it stay that way."

"We could never get new machines. Ultrasound was working on ATL's."

"The best part of working for KRMC was the Staff! I found the staff to be a second family! I was treated with the utmost respect from my management team and they were always there to listen when I needed them. I knew I could depend on them when I needed them."

"Be yourself! Admit what you know and admit what you don't know, and relax! Let them know that you're open to learning new things."
What don't you like about working at Regional Medical Center?
"I never found anything that I didn't like! I worked in a Department where everyone looked out for eachother. We were a real team!"
