"I worked for Ultra Electronics for 2 years. The company specializes in the electrical and electronics engineering field. They mainly operate in defense and other highly-regulated markets. I found the company interesting and exciting to work for because of the products they manufactured and offered. Although it was a great company, the company had limited opportunity for career growth. Also, the leadership was not as open to new ideas or suggestions on how to streamline the warehouse and shipping process to help to maximize productivity. However, I enjoyed working with the people and customers and am grateful for the opportunity and experience I gained."
