"The pay is alright and the ability to work a day or night shift. They will hire you with little to no experience."

What don't you like about working at Urban Lending Solutions?

"The company does not communicate with its employees about management structure, changes with the company, opportunities for growth, or management personel changes. They don't promote Team Leads from within, so often your direct 'boss is hired the same day you are and doesn't know any more than you do. The training is good and the pay is alright. However, the positions are almost all contractor - which makes the lack of communication more scary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have weekly meetings with the team. Communicate to all of us when someone is promoted. Tell us when a new location is opening. Offer Team Lead positions to everyone. When a manager is promoted, replace them."
