"Extremely high expectations for low pay. NO respect for lower level staff, we're there to get bullied. Staff and resources were cut, but the student pop. has increased significantly, increasing the workload. Staff are all working at least 3 jobs. No promotions. Impossible to get more than a mediocre performance review, which is only discouraging."
