"Working at University of California, Riverside's psychology department as a research assistant/hiring manager has been very rewarding. Specifically in the PAIL lab, I was always under supporting guidance and was taught to use new programs and learn communication skills. I had a huge opportunity to grow and take on new projects. "I've worked for the University of California, Riverside for over a year now. As an undergraduate, it was nice to have a source of income working for a professor that I previously had and in the class I excelled in. The position necessarily differs between each department; however, the HR staff was very accommodating to questions and inquiries."

"I've worked with Dr.Rajiv Gupta and Dr. Iulian Neamtiu from 2009. It is a really nice experience to study and work with them. I learned how to think innovative and how to challenge the existing assumptions and solutions."
