"Not really. I would say avoid it unless it is absolutely necessary. Be prepared for the shoe leather treatment."

"The politics. I really hated the juvenile games that had to be played in order to retain my position as well as progress toward my degree. I hated games as a child, and hated them more there!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take a hike! The politics, games, and competition totally eclipsed our mission. A major restructuring is needed to get things back on track."
