"Dreadful. Overtime is paid in P.T.O. hours ( paid time off). To get your time in money, you have to be present until the following payday, and you're on salary pay. I ripped all the ligaments in my arm on the job doing a move on campus. While in a sling was on regular job duty having to do heavy lifting with one arm. It took two months for my employer to follow up with worker's comp, which caused massive amounts of scar tissue to develop in my arm pre-surgery affecting my overall recovery and use of my right arm. Also, they know who'll they will hire before interview. Interviews are internal hire only, and based on who possesses the most P.T.O. hours. Not experience or character. Fellow co workers were so awful to others, a man from Renewal Ranch left three hours into the job left his phone and backpack blower. He was kicked out of the ranch that night after months of sobriety from relapse. Another employee was caught in a janitor's closet. Another man got hired to be a plumber after 15 years of working and applying, He got the job, not the raise, nor the bonus that comes with, just the title and after all the years and getting that job is still on sanitation. Like he was every day for 15 years. You will not grow, your employers will gas light you, it was the worst employment experience i have ever had."

"I am marking 5 years at UCA. Since the new CEO, the culture had become VERY VERY TOXIC. They have assembled an Executive Manager board with all their friends and family members. They DO NOT like opinions or any involvement from underlings.It use to be a great place, but now it's TOXIC. RUN don't walk from UCA."
