"CAUTION !!!!! The interview is a very easy and simple process in which the owner of the company will hide a majority of our work conditions to get you in the door. Turnover rate is 1-2 months. Bosses have been caught / heard talking to employees about which other employees they dislike. Social politics run too deep here. Management does not promote from within, have seen senior guys (3+ years) get demoted for the boss to hire in an outside source, 2nd hand man walked last year over a dollar raise. This job is a great stepping stone for any aspiring landscapers honestly. However the social and mental endurance to work here must be astronomically high or you will drown. Wages are not reflective of the work we (or you) will put in. Bad equipment, boss is keen on ‘appearances’ hence spends all his money on cool and flashy trucks. Can’t and won’t give you a raise though. The crew mates are bare none however. The people this job tricks into working are some of the best people i’ve ever met. All that being said…Stay away unless you are in between jobs."
