"During that time, the company didn't have big opportunities for diversity. I felt that they didn't know how to use a person of color, even though they recruited me out of college."

"Legal troubles of CEO - Dennis KoslowskI - brought about bad times. In the end, the Telecom branch got little support from the home office."

"Rebuild to a more trusting environment. Remove fear and distrust. Hold company officers (and employees) to a strict ethical standard."
