"Company oversold its product in the hey day of the tech boom and had to lay off."

"It's a pleasure to work at Tyco International. The staff is pleasant and full of energy. The company is very flexbile and believes in work and life balance."

"The only issue I have with the job is my commute from home to work. I drive an hour and 15 minutes everyday to get to and from work."

"The management is great at Tyco. No changes to be made."
