"I've worked for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for almost 2 years now. I started as marketing assistant over 1 franchise location to growing within the company and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator or 5 franchise locations. I wear many hats in my position but I am highly skilled at social media marketing, writing and communication skills, and I thrive in high pace environments."

"I began the job at Two Men and a Truck happy to work and ready to move anything needed, challenge myself to be part of the team and surpass my teammates on the job by showing that I could work hard and harder. The job paid more than minimum wage and helped pay bills fairly well. I was rewarded early with the process of becoming a driver after 2 months of working. However, at some point, the management made a mistake during time off and slowly stopped having me accounted for in the schedule for work. I called kindly to see what was going on and despite being told by the manager himself that it would be fixed my schedule turned into a one-day-a-month of work. Soon, I was forgotten as an employee for the lack of hours."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This company is very forward-thinking with technology and is very interested in IT growth. It also has many legacy systems that need to be supported until they can be replaced. Show up with a great attitude about improving things and good ideas. However, be ready to exercise patience and remember that growth and improvement can be painful, but it is worthwhile."

"The entire corporate attititude is to constantly review what we do and commit to doing it better. This philosophy needs to be applied more strongly to the software development initiatives."
