"I worked at TCF for a period of 2 years. When I came into the company, they were very behind the times and previous management had always stated OTD was more important than quality. Under new management, Safety first, then Quality. It was a struggle to change the mindset of many that had been there for 30+ years, but we were making great strides. Due to the virus, there was an economic downturn that eventually was inevitable in the loss of my position among others."

"Everybody is very nice and friendly. There is a laid-back work environment and it is enjoyable to come to work because of these things."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"There is little to no room for advancement from entry-level positions. If you are only looking for a job to be a steppingstone into the air movement industry, it is not bad choice (but not the best)."

What don't you like about working at Twin City Fan?

"Compensation wise the salaries are on the low end of the average or below average. Micromanagement is common and there is a big disconnect between the management and employees' mind-set. Promotions seem to be politically motivated rather than rewards for good hard work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start rewarding the people the actually work better. I felt my contributions were marginalized daily."
