"I've worked for TWIA for 3+ years. It's a strong company with amazing people in every department. IT department, in particular, is very cooperating, coordinating, and reliable. Overall it's fun to work there. The compensation is not competitive enough though."
"I have worked with TWIA for almost 2 years, the management got a little shook up when they cleaned house removing 90% of the management of IT when I was there only 6 months, but the management is great and the team environment is much better then that first 6 months.
