"The worst part of this employer is you will NOT be promoted unless you are male (95% of the time) and you kiss everyone's butt along the way. You are never rewarded on pure merit. There are too many layers of management and the "little" people are expected to act as robots anymore. Management needs to promote people from within who actually DESERVE it. This is not a high school clique and you need to stop treating it as one. No more politics!!!"
