What do you like about working at Tutogen Medical?

"Team work was expected and everyone gave 100% all the times. We achieved our goals every month, quarter and yearly. When thing went wrong the 6 of us in the consolidating dept would put our head together with the department manager and find a solution to get back on track and meet the goal. It worked 100% every time."

"Great company to work for. I learned the value of working as a team and how much you can achieve when you work as a team."

What don't you like about working at Tutogen Medical?

"Our new president was from Germany and he loved the state of Florida. He relocated the Accounting Consolidating dept to Gainsville, Florida. My mom was very ill and I couldn't leave New Jersey at that time, therefore I turned down the relocation package offered to me. I did helped in the hiring process and training the new staff in Gainsville. I also did consult visits and made sure the month end closing was done correctly for the next three months after the office relocated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management team was amazing, no changes needed."
