"In my business life of more than 30 years, especially during the activities I have carried out within the structure of Turkish Airlines for the last 9 years; The establishment of operational facilities -which can be considered as the heart of airline transportation- in the New Istanbul Airport -the most prestigious Project of the world- to be put into service and to carry out the transportation of the airport, has been a very valuable success story for me. The budget of over 500 million dollars in the realization of these studies has been succeeded with; mandatory excellent teamwork, correct process management, strong stakeholder management and good coordination of all parties, strong and successful negotiations with the Airport Operator top management, intensive working alliances with the Turkish Airlines CEO and Senior Managers and with very though time pressure all operational facilities were completed on time and smooth transition to the New Airport is provided."
