"Turbine is a place that cares less about the workers and loyalty and far more about the bottom line. The only people that get ahead are those who formed the right connections long ago. Those same people have a stranglehold on the company and are destroying it. They have no idea how to run projects or how to make good profits while also creating quality games and treating employees well. Forget loyalty. You can be loyal to this company for over 5 years, even over 10 years and they will toss you."
