"I have worked for Tupperware since 20 years ago. The company provides a lot of opportunities to grow for all those who are willing to do their best."

"I worked for Tupperware for about a year as a contractor. The pay was great but the growth was definitely limited. While majority of the company was contractors below management level, there was an air of feeling that contractors were not respected and were often treated as less than equal. There were limited opportunities for advancement as many managers were often content on not growing themselves and collecting a paycheck. I noticed this when I would talk to others that had years of experience and would either leave to be able to grow or just keep waiting for advancement that would never happen. They often used layoffs to balance the books and didn’t really bother with trying to improve the culture but rather the image of culture to post online. Stagnation was often the plan as the pay left middle management paid well enough to not care and end up having entire departments and buildings close down as a result. Tupperware could come back but it would take new leadership throughout to make that kind of change to bring them into a more modern company. Until that happens, I could not recommend them unless you save every dollar you make. Otherwise, you could end up working half a day and come back from lunch to find your entire team has been shut down and laid off."

"I worked for Tupperware for 12 years and was able to grow from entry level to Senior Manager. Despite best efforts, the company struggles with people management and ego driven executives."
