"I've worked for the Tungland Corporation for almost a year. I promoted quickly, and I have found this company to be extremely unprofessional and stuck in the stone age. Rather than put computers in the houses so that house managers can do their job remotely and not have to drive downtown 4 days a week, everything is still on paper. Instead of conference calls, they would rather cram 60 house managers into a tiny room twice a month. They do not care about their employees and do not pay their employees enough for what they do. A lot of their clients have extreme behavioral issues and are extremely violent, and the company feels it appropriate to pay their employees $8.00 an hour and give them a raise not based on their work performed, rather it is based on what the company thinks of them during the interview.Those who work in the office are something else. If there is an issue regarding client care, unless the issue directly affects those working in the office, the higher ups do not care about it. They will also constantly forget to mention important information and are quick to yell at you and treat you like they are your child instead of co-worker."
