Tufts Medical Center Employee

"I worked at Tufts Medical Center for 3 years. Over the course of the 3 years I saw decline in work ethic from everyone. The employees were overworked and not commended for it. Hard workers are abused and not taken care of. The possibility for moving up the stature ladder is slim to none, but if you do move up you are only allotted a 2% maximum pay increase to your previous pay. They will allow you to do a job meant for 2 people at the minimum pay you were receiving before you started."
