"I've worked for Tubelite Inc. for just about 4 years. The work is exciting, but the pay is below average, even for entry-level. The management is understanding and truly wants us all to grow in our careers - even if it is not with the company. That is something extraordinary in my eyes. The company has a good direction and competes with much larger firms. From the engineering side, there seems to be some confusion about how to do things. It would be nice if the team standardized procedures."
