"They need to stay involved in day to day operations even though they are remote to the work site.."

"Tsp really looks after there people and making sure they have a great amount of family time and the ability to handle personal matters, so long as you do your job to the best of your abilities and are then when needed most. Pay could be better but it's tough for everyone now."

"I like to atmosphere. I started with the company 5 years ago when it was just starting out and now that it has grown it still feels like it has the personal small business feel. I can walk right up to the CEO and have a great conversation with him."

"Answer all the questions truthfully and dont waste there time."

"The company recently started hiring outside our ranks when positions open and have really cut down the chances of in-house promotion. Which is what I am looking for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the people below you and let them know what you expect."

"A great company to work for if you have no experience in this field; which I did not. They will train you and are great to work. Very friendly management and hands off in the area of micro-managing. The downside is the pay is low for the industry. Pay increases are few are far between."
