What do you like about working at Trust Technologies?

"It was clean and well lit. ThI had the opportunityto work on some of the more modern machines in the industry. Plenty of overtime was available my first year there. My immediate supervisor was easy to get along with. I worked 2nd shift most of the time there and there were no supervisors on this shift."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You should know your GDT's inside and out. Wear an Ohio logo shirt. Learn to play golf."

What don't you like about working at Trust Technologies?

"It was an Ohio-based company and the general feeling among the staff was, if you are not from the morth, then you are stupid. No opportunity for job growth or advancement. Oppressive working environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you want competent work from your staff, hire competent machinist and pay decent wages. Stop hiring Bilo baggers and Hooter waitresses and trying to make machinist and office assistants out of them just to save $2 an hour."

"If you want to keep good employees, don't lie to them to get them to work for you."
