"Overall, you need to take what you can and leave. The people you meet are great and kind but the problem lies with the CEO. He is very demanding and expects more than you can carry. He'll say in his defense that he's looking out for you but really, he's looking out for himself. There's no long term growth and a lot of the company structure is inconsistent."
