"I worked for True Science for more than four months. I received over a 60% pay increase (almost unheard of) but it was due to my exceptional work and the amazing work performance I had there. I had taken on more than what was intended for my position and asked for more and more tasks if only to prove myself in the company. I genuinely cared for this company and the employees; however the upper management not so much. This company was very unprofessional and was run by a younger generation that had no idea how anything was supposed to be done. This company cared more about my personal life and relationship than my perfect work performance and therefore they let me go. Anyone that thinks working there might be a good idea better rethink, because this company doesn't care about its employees."
"I worked for them for a month and a half before they terminated me. I had no warning or anything that I was to be fired. Just came in on a day that I had to call in sick, with a doctors note after I had visited the doctor and they fired me that same day. I was the only one doing the jobs they asked of me, when it should have been a 2 to 3 person job. I was required to redo all the networking for a 200,000 square foot warehouse all by myself, as well as doing other jobs that they felt like."
