"True Built Home was overall a decent company in the beginning. After some time with them I started hearing some unethical thing that was happening behind the scenes that I was not comfortable with, this is the reason I left. My direct office partner was great however corporate was not my favorite."

"I worked for TBH and didn’t have the best experience. Before I was hired, I asked how many active leads are you generating? I was at this point looking to leave a career of 5 years to move into the housing industry. They fluffed the leads numbers to make it seem like I was going to come in with a bunch of leads to work with. When I started all the leads were a year or two. I’ll just leave it at that. There’s a lot more I could go into.."
