1.3When I got the first email at Truckers4Hire about recruiting for the company I immediately responded with interest. Much to my surprise the next email that came from her was not let’s talk or to set up a interview with me it was an email that had training videos that said if I watched them I was hired. I never talked to anyone. I could have had terrible communication skills for all they knew or not been well-spoken but obviously that was not a criteria for the job. Their hiring process was like going fishing. Throw a net out and catch whatever you can get. They advertise for potential new business on their website that they have highly trained recruiters but yet my team leader never answered one question of mine over a three month period. She never even acknowledged I existed. It is quantity vs. quality representing their company. The more workers, the more calls, the more hires, the more money for management. I wanted to be part of a company where I have a name not just a number. I want to add value somewhere. I can’t grow in a company that questions I have are ignored. There is no way to be successful without guidance and direction. Truckers4Higher is not the place for me. As a last resort, this would be your company as you don’t have to be impressive before your hired or even talented for that matter.
