"I’ve worked as a contract attorney for Troutman Sanders since July of 2019. I enjoy working for this company because I am impressed by the constant efforts to achieve inclusivity. The work environment is laid back and the people are great to work for. However, because I am a contract attorney, I am not privy to all of the intricacies of the company, but from what I have experienced, I have enjoyed."

"Great company! The benefits and the environment are both wonderful. They take into account every employee's concerns and take them to heart. Very family oriented, they even let the children of employees walk around the building for trick or treating. 37.5 hour work weeks are great too. I just wish they would upgrade their hardware and software a little faster to stay up with market trends. Very far behind on this, but they are working hard on it, which is great."
